Mr. Carl Etchison leads a talented Program Operations team and Corporate support team comprised of Project Management, Business Development, Accounting, Financial, Contracts, Human Resources, and Information Technology professionals. He has more than 30+ years of business development, programmatic, contractual, financial, and administrative experience in the government contracting industry. Mr. Etchison has spent his career in the private sector servicing the Federal Market Space and has been instrumental in creating, implementing, and directing the growth of high technology businesses.

Mr. Etchison’s clients have included the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the National Library of Medicine (NLM), Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD), Department of State (DOS), Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Missile Defense Agency (MDA), United States Air Force (USAF), Department of Energy (DOE), Department of Transportation (DOT), and the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).

Prior to joining HeiTech Services, Mr. Etchison served in various COO, CFO, EVP, and Program Director roles for numerous government contractors including IMPAQ International, Edaptive Systems (currently ManTech), Raytheon, and Lockheed Martin to name a few. He has driven marketing strategy for businesses during times of growth and revitalization, helping firms grow from single-digit million-dollar companies to well over a $100 million dollars in revenue.

Mr. Etchison is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Global Management Accountant (CGMA), a member of the AICPA and SHRM.
